[2023] The game keep crashing when in starting screen

• Launch Warframe in Chinese (Simplified).
• Fully download via the launcher.
• Swap language to Chinese Traditional in Switch System Settings

This sounds like it may be an issue with an SD Card. Can you try troubleshooting your SD card (if you are using one)?

Here are Nintendo's Troubleshooting suggestions:

Check the following.
• Is the SD card inserted correctly?
　Turn the power off and re-insert the SD card.
• Is the SD card terminal part contaminated?
　If it is contaminated, wipe it of with a soft, dry cloth such as a glasses cleaning cloth. Wipe gently so as not to damage the terminals.
• Consider formatting the SD card.
　From the HOME Menu, select Settings > System > Formatting Options > Format microSD Card to format the SD card.
　If you format the SD card, all of the saved data on it is deleted. As needed, move screenshots and video data to the system memory or a PC in advance.
　The save data is saved in the system memory instead of on the SD card.
• If the preceding measures do not resolve the issue, there may be a problem with the SD card itself. Consider replacing the SD card.
　If replacing the SD card does not resolve the issue, the console might be defective.
