[2019] Companion: Lich ephemera

Turns out that the Companion Lich Ephemera feature we touched on in Hotfix 26.0.7 wasn't fully baked!

The next Hotfix or Update will come with fixes to the Ephemera FX transparency, and ability to be equipped on all Companions.
