Hi Tenno, mouse and keyboard are not officially supported for iOS at this time. Temporary workarounds include a gamepad / controller set up (which you mentioned not having access to), or completing the quest on another platform via Cross Platform Save! Thanks for your patience, and apologies for the inconvenience.
