[2020] Putting Roar on Hildryn seems to cause a game-breaking glitch where your screen freezes and/or you can't see any tooltips

This glitch is triggered when you go into the Abilities menu and try to hover over the Roar skill to see its tooltip. It does this also in the Upgrade menu when modding your warframe and hovering over the Roar skill.

Steps to recreate:

1. Go to orbiter's arsenal and equip a Hildryn with Roar ability
2. Go to the upgrade menu and hover over the Roar ability
3. You now can no longer see any tooltips anywhere in the game and have to restart your game to fix it.*

Alternatively:

1. Go to orbiter's arsenal and equip a Hildryn with Roar ability
2. Go to the Abilities menu and hover over the Roar ability
3. You now can no longer see any tooltips anywhere in the game and have to restart your game to fix it.*

Alternatively:

1. Load into a mission
2. Press ESC > Abilities > Hover over Roar ability
3. Your screen is now frozen and you have to alt+f4 to restart your game.

I will also note that I replaced her 4 with Roar, so I have no idea if this same problem arises if you replaced her 1, 2, or 3. So recreate it exactly as I did by replacing the 4.

Want to also note that I have put many abilities on many different warframes, including Roar on several warframes, and this is the first glitch I have encountered; it's only with Hildryn. I have not tried other abilities with Hildryn, so I don't know if this happens on any ability added to her, or just with Roar, idk.

*Important update, I just found out that I can switch warframes (for example to Oberon) to get the tooltips to reload again, but if I switch back to Hildryn, the problem persists.
