[2019] Dojo & Orbiter decoration mode massively bugged.

Investigation has shown that the issue is a button callout UI bug. The buttons to initiate those actions do still work, it's just unfortunately visually masked behind the placeholder text.

We're working on a fix for this - sorry for any frustration!
