I use Infested Mobility on my Wisp and it's great. +60 Sprint Speed from Sprint Boost, Rush, and Armored Agility, +66% from Haste Mote, and another 198% from Infested Mobility on top of enough Parkour Velocity to instantly transport me to the moon.
My Wisp truly goes brrrr.
