[2021] Cache optimization pass has crashed.

We would need to get a copy of your launcher log to see what happened

1) Create a new ticket at support.warframe.com

2) Attach your log files (instructions)

(If you see a crash reporter that gives you a "WAR number", that is also very good information to post)
