[2023] Rank 8 Riding Intrinsic naming your Kaithe cost 15 Platinum

Hey Tenno! Naming your Kaithe should not cost any Platinum, we have a fix for this issue in the next Hotfix. 

We are looking into a refund script for the missing platinum, will update when I have more information.
