[2023] Connectivity Issues with Warframe Servers?

Myself and my husband are having issues the past weekend with connecting to/staying connected to the game... Never had issues before, started suddenly, now we're being disconnected at end of mission, loading missions, just from random menus in the Orbiter, etc. Internet is fine, all other online games not having any issues. It will boot us (randomly, not both at the same time) back to the login menu and then usually fail to accept login info several times in a row before working again. Upnp enabled, using different ports options, etc. Any ideas on how to fix? Game is unplayable atm, disconnecting from missions and losing all rewards like half the time, extreme delays logging back in, delays loading missions if we're hosting, etc.
