So this what it looks like after cross-save (Green Loka rank 5 instead of Steel Meridian). Steel Meridian and Red Veil cannot be increased.
Cannot pledge to them since they are not at neutral standing.(Nor donate statues for standing). None of the remaining factions have positive towards them.
Answer from support after three weeks is "everything is correct" and ticket closed.(Explained everything above to them).
Anyone got any idea how to increase Steel Meridian using any ingame system?
