[2019] Free card ad not working

Good day someone have problem like -> click on phone link for a free card - the game just restarts. If I click on news tab it redirects me to web browser and related news. Already re-installed game on google play. using android 6.0.1. If so or you know how to fix it, please let me know.

Is it allowing you to bypass the free daily card and dive into the main game?
