[2019] A few newb questions regarding deck building & doing mission/campaigns.

So I really want to get into this game and downloaded it when it initially came out. Due to life and being super busy the last few months, I've never really had a chance to play more than 2-3 games. When the game first came out, I ended up scanning a lot of cards and buying a few packs. So I'm pretty sure I have a decent amount of cards. However, looks like a few new sets came out so not sure how relevant the ones I have even are.

I guess my question is, is there a good resource/community website similar to lets say https://netrunnerdb.com/ where you can get some idea's of building decks etc.. I really want to do some of these "missions/campaigns" and learn the game so I can play others online. But honestly, I have no idea where to start when it comes to deck building and what the current "meta" is.
