[2019] [New Player]Question about the past events

Hey guys! Another new player here, Just started playing the ranked games and so far I'm loving this game!

I came across a few playmats that looked super cool ("Stormforged Lightning"&"Bones of the Damned")and did a little research. I believe they probably are the limited-time only rewards from past events like " The Fist of Winter". Are those cosmetics ever going to be available again?
