[2023] Getting kicked at login

Hey there, I have a friend who wants to get back into the game but is having trouble logging in and was wondering if anyone else has had the issue of trying to login, getting to 10 - 30% and then being kicked from the game back to the main menu with error code [0]. My friend has been having this issue and we can't seem to come to a solution. We have tried uninstalling everything, reinstalling, ect.

At one point in August he bought a tier 2 founder pack and refunded it because of the game's stability issues at the time. I'm somewhat thinking because they bought the tier 2, refunded it, and have now tried to get back in as a tier 1 its somehow screwed up his ability to properly login.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
