[2023] Concerns about Monetization

So currently we can buy characters with IRL cash instead of grinding them. Warframe does this and Iā€™m personally very comfortable with that. However, I remember seeing something on the roadmap that talked about crafting multiples of one Wayfinder and using the copy to enhance them if you already have them.

Do we know if people will be able to buy multiple copies and just power up their WF using IRL cash?

Curious if this is being discussed or I am missing information.

Just for the record, this has been discussed at length from the staff on multiple occasions and they have confirmed you'll only ever be able to buy (or use Wayfinder tokens) on the first copy of a Wayfinder. Allowing you to pay to unlock that first copy so you can play as them.

All additional copies required for awakening will then have to be got in-game via gameplay, no options will be available to pay to advance.

This is correct.
