[2022] Is there any way to rewind/advance a replay?

Essentially, as the title states, I am in search of some way to directly skip/rewind to a specific time stamp instead of having to just speed up the replay and wait. Repeatedly having to wait and sit through a replay on 8x speed until I get to the moment in question, only to accidentally skip past it and have to exit the replay and do it all over again is rather frustrating.
