[2022] Blitzcranck desperately needs a buff.

And by buff I don't mean a buff to his hook, as of right now he's literally just a worse version of Tresh, he's neither tanky not does he do damage (sometimes he does negative damage if the enemy has a lot of lifesteal).

He brings nothing to the team and I feel like they should buff his tankiness so he's at least providing something more to the team.
