Example is yasuo's e and fizz's q. I can't for some reason aim it at a minion it will always auto lock the enemy champion and make it insanely hard for me to even play them when Laning. Is it even possible to fix this?

External link →There is a setting that makes it so you can't lock onto minions/monsters but that would effect your ability to lock on at all, not just with these skills. To check it go to controls and look for target lock system.
