I would say Gragas or Asol, they're so powerful in late game with an ap build, maybe they're not used because, besides their 3rd ability, they don't have too much mobility.

External link →Asol, Singed, Rammus, Amumu, Kayle, Jhin, Ashe, Soraka are all champions I see frequently called weak, but are actually fine or even on the strong side, I'd say they are underrated.
Now if only they could fix that, cause i really enjoy her mechanics
I wouldn't worry too much here, if you enjoy her then play her. She is doing fine, remember how this was a list of underrated champions. Just because she isn't as strong as before, doesn't mean she is weak.
