[2021] Do buffs from enchanter items stack?

If for instance you have lux and soraka both on your team, do the buffs from items like Ardent Censer and Staff of Flowing Waters stack if each of the mages using those items heal or shield you at the same time? So, for ardent censer, do you get double the bonus of attack speed and bonus magic damage after they both shield or heal you, or do you only get the buff once? Same question for flowing waters, do you get the same buff twice if two friendly champs proc it on you?
