Top lane I pick Malphite over Garen. Malphite is very easy to play and has a game winning ult that works as simply as clicking their portrait and knocking up as many as possible.

Mid lane I pick Annie another very simple champion with a game winning ult (havent tried her after patch)

Duo I wanted to say Tristiana due to her ability to escape easily but I've seen too many noobs jump straight into the chaos only to be deleted faster than it took them to hop to it. So I pick Jinx. Sure shes immobile but I feel like shes more Noob Friendly.

For jungle I pick Olaf. I his very simple playstyle and his ability to completely avoid all CC with his ult make him a great noob friendly champion.

For support I want to pick Leona but I see Noobs miss a lot and then shes left not being able to engage because her and her carry were poked so much that even a successful engage would mean death. I pick Sona. This was a difficult pick but I feel like as a noob being able to understand position is most important to learn in the beginning.

Who to not pick if you are new: The all captilozed ones are extra bad for new players.

Akali, Zed, Twisted Fate, Orianna, DRAVEN, Fiore, YASUO, LEE SIN, KATARINA,

That looks like a great list. And I think you got most of them covered here.

My first thought for the jungle was Amumu because he is really easy to pick up and have an impact with. But jungle is also a complex role that isn't the most newb friendly anyway.

For support I'm inclined to say Soraka, but with a caveat. Her playstyle isn't the most exciting and isn't for everyone so while she is newb friendly in that she isn't very complex to play it likely won't be the best experience if you are trying to get a friend into the game. Obviously though if this is a playstyle they enjoy than Soraka might be good for them to check out.
