Heyo Guys.
As noted by a few of you, with more players getting their hands on her and her game count increasing we're starting to see the trend of this ship begin to fall in line with her expected stat levels in relation to other ships of that tier and class. Furthermore, players are becoming more experienced and knowledgeable with how to counter the ship as time has gone on.
One thing that is important to consider when ships get released, is typically the early adopters of a ship are some of the most experienced and invested in the game resulting in an overall higher skill level playing the particular ship, as time goes on and the average skilled player-base begins to adopt a ship we see stats begin to average out to expected levels. This similar trend was also seen with Starlingard, a ship at release that was deemed incredibly OP.
We do balance ships with the average player in mind. Balancing a ship that "over-performs" in the hands of the highly skilled, would likely result in it being unplayable/unenjoyable for the general player-base. Releasing ships that are OP/UP/etc only generates negative sentiment and concerns within the community, something that makes no sense to do on purpose. It is however wrong to determine the impact of a ship based on a few days of data, as we have seen in this case and many others.
Fem,
