Was this a one-time occurrence or were you able to replicate it?

Try closing the client and logging back in to re-establish the connection.

Does this happen every time after battle?

The Daily Missions require a Tier V+ ship to complete. Once you unlock Tier V ships, you will be able to start progress on the Daily Missions.

Regarding the Premium Time on both tabs on the results screen, try closing the client and relaunching to see if it persists.
