[2021] Yoshino or Napoli

Napoli is extremely strong, but has a very high skill floor and ceiling. You can do great things, but you yourself most know how to do it. This means understanding how to angle your 40mm upper hull against BB shells while charging them, which at times you'll have to do.
Yoshino is much more of a long-rage damage farmer. While it takes less effort and skill to live spamming HE from long range, the test of your abilities will come from making sure you have enough of an effect on the battle to be worth it.
