Very good advice here!
My biggest thing I try to tell new players specifically, is SLOW DOWN, it is VERY easy to run up to to tier X, but this doesn't necessarily mean you should. Save your camo and signals for tier VIII-X maaaaaaaaaaybe tier VII, learn mechanics, get commander skills up etc.
