[2021] Update 0.10.3 - Bug Reports

If you're fairly certain you've encountered a bug, we'd like to encourage you to submit it to the Game Support section of the WoWS ticket queues, within a section where bugs are asked for, or to create a post within this sub-forum.

Remove your mods and try again before sending in a bug report as mods tend to be the culprit, YES I know we have made it automatic, I will state it as I am sure someone will find a workaround.

DO NOT just move your old mods into the new mods folder, make sure they are updated!

I do ask that you please provide any and all information that you can when reporting an issue.

For each support ticket, please make sure to attach WG Check tool report to those tickets! That will help us to better understand the nature of the issue you're experiencing.

Please read over the OP thread of this, run a WGCheck, with "Extended Network Diagnostic" selected and submit the WGCheck report in a CS report. We can help diagnose this problem.

Also do you run mods? If you do, pull them off and launch the vanilla client and see if that fixes the problem.

Folks,

If the queue is low for players in Coop, then you are going to have battles with less and less players and more bots, this is not something new. Furthermore, you can still have queue dumps, even in coop if MM is trying to make a full team, but there is not enough to make a full team.

I just ran 10 coop battles, all of them except 1 were full of players. The 1 that was not had 8 players and 1 bot and that was early today (which means the server pop was lower than normal).

So my question would be, what time of day were these battles? How many other players were in queue? I understand you have been tracking the battles you played but if there are very few people in queue MM will still have a problem matching players onto a team. The same rules apply as in Random battle MM, the MM will attempt to build teams that are more at tier than not and this makes it difficult for MM when there are less players on.

Also, I never said I wasn't looking into this, I was just offering a possible explanation of why this might occur. I have asked our devs to see if anything was changed, however, it is very possible what I said above is true.

Along with the 10 coop battles yesterday, I have already dropped 3 this morning with different tiers and all were full of players.
