[2019] Can't purchase Italian Cruisers

The new Italian Cruiser Tech Tree Early Access ships cannot be purchased outright with this patch.


The new T5 premium Genova is available in the premium store


Genova is also available in the Armory


The EA CAs are available through missions that can be found in the Italian Containers.

When completing a EA Mission, you will receive the related ship.


You will not be able to process further through the line from the EA ship until the line is fully released.


The Italian Cruiser line will become available in the Tech Tree in full in update 0.8.10.0

There is no flat price for her in the Armory; she is included in the Regia Marina Camouflage, Coal, and Credits Random bundle:

These bundles can be purchased for 70 Italian Tokens each, the order in which you will receive the items is random, however you will receive all listed items if you exchange 22 bundles total.

Know the new content that's coming:
This gives you the opportunity to look closer at the new line to determine if its something you may be interested in playing in the future



Know what you're fighting against:
Given that some players will be playing the new IT CAs as part of this patch, having their details in the TT allows everyone to determine the capabilities of the ships and know what they're fighting against.



Educate about the incoming ships:
By adding them into the tech tree early, it gives plenty of time for players to get educated as per how and where certain ships will fit into the tree.

Early access content, is just that, early. All players will have full access to the content in the very near future in update 0.8.10.0. Furthermore, there is plenty of opportunity for players to receive a chance at obtaining missions without any purchases being made; between the Directives and Daily shipments alone there is 12 containers up for grabs. There will be ample opportunity through community events and promotions to receive even more too - including KoTS Casts this weekend. They are also available in the Armory for 70 Italian tokens, a resource that is readily available in game in exchange for completing missions.

Ultimately, this content is optional to engage with, but is not off limits to any player.
