I pinned this post because @LittleWhiteMouse does a PHENOMENAL job at analyzing things and giving her opinion of them.

If you have questions about the builds, or purpose of these skills etc, then ask them, and have a constructive conversation about these things. I am seeing a lot of comments that are quite frankly off topic.
