Aloha,

It's quite simple to not be chat banned, if someone would use the energy they use to rage in text (meaning they had to open the chat window and actually type what they are saying) and focus it on their own play.

And then, here is a shock, just be civil with one and another and ignore the toxicity if aimed at you. You don't get chat banned.

We are all human, we all make mistakes, this happens, but in a GAME people should be allowed to try to enjoy themselves, not be subjected to a players toxicity.

Though I would love to share with you the numbers, I don't have them, and am not sure what sharing those numbers would be something we'd care to do.

At the end of the day, we moderate and chat ban people as they violate our rules because we know we have people of all ages that play our game.

So this is also why we ask, if you have been chat banned after a battle and don't know why, put a ticket in so the CS folks can see this. There is such thing as abuse of the report system. And it is not fair to you that you have to deal with it either.

Just because you don't get the answer you want, doesn't mean it doesn't work.

I have seen this work for multiple players when they PM me in discord asking about it and have actually seen them get un-banned because it was in error.

I myself before working for WG have done this.

Unfortunately, MOST times someone is chat banned, there is a valid reason, regardless of whether the player thinks so or not.
