[2019] PTS: Midway HE nerf is very little but it now murders BB more

We appreciate you sharing your experience on PTS. Again bear in mind this is still subject to further adjustment based on the data and feedback we receive to the change. I would caution however for dispersion that aiming on the outside has the possibility to miss all the bombs entirely so there is a calculated risk in that.
