[2020] Somebody reset my Account

Folks,

First, it is our policy that we do not discuss actions taken by our moderators, or actions taken by customer service on specific tickets.

We do on occasion discuss what our overall policy is however.

I will say this, making open ended speculatory comments based purely off of partial information is something that I have said in the past to be something that isn't exactly the best thing.

This issue is ongoing and no further speculation will help the situation.
