[2019] Filter or Chat disabling feature

Heyo Captains,

In the upcoming update 0.8.7 we will have more options to turn off and filter chat.

We hope this will make the game a safer place for our younger captains and keep things cleaner for ones frustrated with the level of communication in chat.
