So for everyone that is having this issue (because I have yet to have it happen to me, lord knows I have been trying to reproduce it).
Please do the following.
A: REMOVE ANY MODS and then play and see if it still does it.
B: If this persists, run a WGCheck and then please put a ticket in with the check report AND any replies you have of this describing the issue.

I have literally tried this with every single DD in the game so far (including Shima with the UU) and am yet to see it.
Which is why I am asking for people to do the above steps.

Yes, I do lock the guns, I've been paying attention to this issue and both @Gneisenau013 and I have not been able to reproduce it. There is a reason I tried every single DD in the game (well, every one I own). I've watched all the replays and videos posted etc.
My guess is, for whatever reason, this is isolated to some accounts and not everyone.

So let me say, I will always believe the community when they state they have bugs. That being said, you all have to realize the sheer amount of bugs that are not bugs with the game but with mods, or misunderstanding of mechanics, or actually an issue with the game client.
Which is mainly why I suggest what I do first or ask questions like I do.
I will ALWAYS try to duplicate a bug/glitch myself first and then ask for reports with WGChecks and replays attached.
I never mean to seem dismissive if that is how it comes across, it is just easier for me to to explain an issue to our devs if I am capable of duplicating it.
The last time I saw a bug similar to this was only if you locked your guns your view would spin 180, I've never ever encountered and issue as stated above though before myself.

As I have stated multiple times now.
Posting here that you have the issue won't help as much as you SUBMITTING A TICKET WITH A WGCHEK REPORT AND REPLAY ATTACHED.
If you do that, our devs can directly look at what is going on and hopefully correct the issue.
