Hmmmm... good catch, lemme ask.... I am guessing that it isn't live until the update is live, so it is just going to the dead end which is the premium shop.
Fixed it!
After build level 4 they are no longer available, lemme do some digging to see if there is a timeframe associated with them.

I see no snowflakes on ANY of your ships... so not sure what you mean.
The snowflakes do not go live until the update is applied on Monday as per the portal article.
