[2020] is Hapa_Fodder over worked ?

Though I GREATLY appreciate the kind words, believe it or not there are A LOT of people that work behind the scenes to help me!

People like @mfumukoskoldpadda @ManWantsSteel @DEWEY_96_ @ObiphanKenobi @LancerUlysses @HellaCopterRescue and @zproxy all do an amazing job of making my job easier!

Plus you add in @foodprinter and @Gneisenau013 with the amazing support they give the community when it comes to, well, um, support issues Then you add in @Maredraco and @Mademoisail and the amazing work they are doing all over the place (mostly stuff you do not see TBH). And then @KARMAT1KA and all her awesome and sometimes hilarious social media content! I assure you I am just a VERY little part of the stellar team we have in the NA office!

I walked into this job knowing that it took A LOT of work, but I assure you after over 20 years in the military this is not that much. This is why you see me on the forums on the weekends or after hours sometimes, plus being a workaholic helps LOL.

All that being said, I wish I could take credit for all the translated articles, but I definitely cannot! My account is just used to post those. Though I DO edit a lot of them and everything that is duplicated from the portal etc...

Beyond that COMMUNITY is the reason I wanted this position and TBH we have probably one of the most amazing communities in the game industry!

Well, just so you know, NO ONE on these forums causes so much worry for anyone here.

Yes on occasion we remember screen names, and it is not typically for good reasons, but TBH, those are few and far between!

I for one do not mind reading long posts as long as they are constructive. So don't worry about that

Funny, because we are only 1 person down from what we need currently. But okay.

Well remember, we do FAR MORE than just floating around on the forums (I know, hard to believe). I was here during the entire time frame of the Puerto Rico event as was Kalvothe. At times people forget that the NA office moved and several of our team didn't wish to move and THAT is why they moved on, or that sometimes feel their run at a company has come to a close, this too is normal.

People think that the attrition is high, but TBH looking at who has left over the years and how long they were with the NA team, in the gaming industry, these time frames were normal. It IS VERY normal for people to shuffle from company to company or team to team around the 1 year mark, because, well opportunities pop up. WG breaks the mold with that quite often, with employees staying for YEARS but moving around positions in the company. I for one love this position and love this company!

As I've said in the past, I applied for this position not because I needed a job/career, but because I wanted it and thus far this position and WG have far exceeded what I thought "Corporate life" would be like! And I love it!
