I am sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with the donations. If you wouldn't mind sending me a DM with the information of your donation, I'll take a look into it. When I issued out the rewards on July 12th and 13th, there were many that did not have a name, or the email address they used did not return to a Wargaming account.
