If you run a WGCheck with the "connectivity check" selected it will check the connection to the servers as well and then you can put a ticket in to get an answer.

Not a bad idea to reset routers and modems occasionally as well, with the uptick in internet use, due to current events ISPs are having issues keeping up in some areas.

It sounds like Comcast users are having bad lag spike, and packet loss...

Yeah, most reports are coming from the north east to the midwest. There is a big hub that multiple ISPs go through up near Chicago, wonder if they are having issues.
