We just checked it out here in the office and we were able to log into the PTS without issue.
I would recommend double checking you have the right account selected for the PTS on log-in.
Beyond this please run a Check and Repair on the client and let me know if the issue persists.

Early this morning we identified an issue with the PTS that was causing issues with some players connecting to the server, we have since preformed maintenance:
You should now be able to access the server as originally intended and proceed as normal with testing.
