Neither the EU staff nor the NA staff go "radio silent" ever. If you pull my profile up, you will see I am just as active as I ever was. For the most part statements like above are just because you haven't seen my responses. If someone has an actual question, we answer them. We have stated time and time again over the past month or so and even when we first released the information that we would be looking at feedback, gathering live game play data and evaluating and changing or adjusting skills as needed. And that is what we are doing. Gathering data from live play is significantly more, well significant than any testing we could do and wide sweeping changes as the one that has occurred here are going to make people uneasy, because it seems that some fear or dislike change, that's a normal human trait. The difference is HOW you present your response or feedback.

Folks, the personal insults back and forth aren't needed. If you wish to have a back and forth, switch to PMs. Furthermore, some of you need to stop with the personal attacks towards ANYONE whether that is a community member or staff.

Interesting, because I literally just pulled it up... right here: https://forum.worldofwarships.eu/topic/146011-rate-the-captain-rework-update-poll/

I mean this as an honest question, have you ever live streamed before? It is VERY taxing to keep an eye on chat, to play the game, to stay entertaining, even if you have multiple people on the stream with you. If you listen to the "twins" on stream they often and I also say this when I am live, that sometimes things get missed because of all that is going on. No one is perfect, I definitely am not. But they try the best they can.

The thing is, all of us have engagement on so many platforms throughout the day that some think that they are just flat out ignored. This is not the case. In any given day I am on Social Media, I am on Discord, I am in the game, I am on these forums etc etc, and I know they are as well. Truth be told, VERY often, we just read through the forums, and if something needs a response from us, we respond, but VERY often the conversations that are occurring between the community is just fine without our input.

We put the note that: "After the release of the Update, additional balance corrections might be required. In case of significant changes going forward, we will provide additional opportunities to retrain your Commanders for free." on almost every article that we have had talking about the skill rework and in the DevBlog, we have said this on every stream and I try to inject this in to as many conversations as I can. If you look through the forums I have said this A LOT since the patch. Because this is what we were doing.

That being said, though I agree with you that I could say what you have above, TBH, overall it will fall on deaf ears and I would rather see official messaging in dev notes, patch notes or dev blogs than anything I can try to say Which is the only reason I don't regularly.

The day of the patch I actually dropped the patch feedback link into multiple posts, but as you can imagine, instead of reading other posts people rather post new topics, so this gets daunting. That being said, we comb through these forums, discord etc, along with the other community team members grabbing conversations from LATAM (though more from the FB fan groups because they are more there than here) and Brazilian forums. I have been putting feedback into our own reports going up, these are pages and pages deep of constructive feedback and the overall sentiment.

At the end of the day, most people don't know the processes or how the game industry works and I understand this, but also try to explain it as much as I can.

Folks,

I think this topic has run its course.

There isn't much need to continue it. That being said, some of y'alls memes might be funny, but if they are off topic, they are still off topic.
