[2019] update REALLY

Hey Meann, weather effects in port really work outside of the UI issues you may be experiencing when adding players or changing battle mode. These will not require input from the server so should have very little impact on performance at all. Regardless we'll be watching data and feedback from PTS to ensure this is the case.

Are you currently using any mods? This can cause issues within the client.

If not I would then recommend doing a "check and repair" on your client to ensure all files are in working order.
