Heyo Gin,

There are a lot of very large misconceptions and issues with what you've written so please let me address them.

Clan / Supertest programs do not look at skill alone when considering participants. Since the programs do allow access to ships that are in a WIP state, it is considered a privilege, not a right. In return for access for ships in WIP state, we do require feedback and attendance into testing sessions from participants otherwise they are removed from the program. The Clan testing environment is predominantly focused on how ships preform in group settings for competitive environments, casual clans or smaller clans typically do not have activity in these areas so they would not be able to provide the required data so they are not invited. In regards to Supertest, every and all players are allowed to apply when we are seeking to fill places for that program. Acceptance is based on your ability to give comprehensive feedback and this is what applications are based around - not the stats of the player.

Patches occur on a monthly basis, this is actually a longer development cycle than what it has been in prior years in which we would see a patch every 3 weeks. The Wiki Staff do need help, and I believe they have plans to expand their team, however, the Wiki is a crowd sourced information avenue, meaning that anyone and everyone can apply changes within it. The Wiki staff have rightly held off updating the AA / CV related pages due to the changing and developing nature of the rework. Since it is unlikely for us to make further major changes to AA / CVs their team has begun working on updating those pages to reflect these mechanics in their current iteration. The Wiki team, is a player run team of volunteers with close to 20 volunteers updating the pages. Again, they regularly recruit and if you are passionate for helping with this, you are welcome to volunteer to work within that program.

All ship design and development is handled in house by 3D modelers that are employed by Wargaming. We do not use any of their work or their programming. The privateer program is designed to reward and acknowledge players who provide and utilize their skills to benefit the wider community; included within the program are:

Tournament organizers

Volunteer Forum mods

Wiki Team

Various select skilled individuals.

We do have another program for Mod Makers which recognizes and gives access to verified mod makers to upcoming content so they can adapt and continue development on their mods too.

If you feel a question has been missed somewhere, please "@" me in the thread and I will happily go and answer it.

We do not exclude players from any program on the basis of "we don't like you", but there are various conditions which will see a clan/player excluded from access to special programs including:

Rule breaking

Do not meet the requirements of the program

Would not be able to fulfill the requirements of the program.

From these reasons, we do not disclose them to external parties beyond Clan Leadership because at Wargaming we do not encourage name and shame.

Another reason can be the programs are simply at capacity and we do not require any additional participants at this stage.

Wiki is managed by a separate group of players and the goals of the CST program and the Wiki program are vastly different. The Wiki team has plans to expand and adjusting how they are distributing work to better maintain pages, furthermore, the wiki can be worked on by any player to help maintain the quality of the information.

1. SAP is a new ammo type that is coming in with the IT CAs when they are released in the near future. As ST/CST/Privateers are under NDA until release, only the CCs are allowed to make comment on this ammo type.

2. Mino AA was impacted with universal and specific changes with the AA / CV rework, as I mentioned above, pages to do with AA / CVs do and are getting overhauled on the wiki.

3. I'm not sure what you're referring to on this one.

4. I'll see that this gets fixed.

5. I'll see that this gets fixed too.

TL:DR

A lot of your conceptions about community programs are wrong.

The Wiki does need help, it is player volunteer run, they are aware of the outdated nature of the CV / AA related items and it is a priority for them to review. Anyone is able to submit changes for review for the Wiki.

Players are only excluded from programs for 3 reasons: rule breaking, being unable to fulfill the requirements of the program, or not meeting the requirements of the program. We do not disclose which reason publicly, it is between WG and the Player/Clan

Since this has gone no-where fast and at the request of the OP,

We're going to go ahead and lock this one down.
