It sounds like you may have a corrupted install that is causing issues. This is not a common or wide issue with the WGC.
Our recommendation would be to attempt a Check and Repair, if the issue persists do a complete refresh and install of the WGC and the game. This should replace the corrupted file and allow the WGC to perform as intended.
IF, on the off chance that this does not resolve the issue, please submit a ticket with an attached WGCheck which will help our technical devs determine the cause of the issue and provide further instructions for resolving the present issues. Instructions can be found:
