How to reproduce: Exact steps need to be made to reproduce the issue
Example: Take Iowa battleship with spotting-aircraft equipped. Go in battle. Try to launch spotting-aircraft



Result: What's the result of the issue.
Example: after pressing spotting-aircraft activating button you can hear an aircraft sound but nothing happens, the aircraft stands still.

There's no marketing involved in this. No money.
It was expressly stated here on this page: https://worldofwarships.com/en/news/public-test/public-test-01011/ that Marlborough and Repulse could be earned and seen in port, but not played on the Public Test server.
Only Supertesters and Community Contributors are able to play these two ships.

Can you please be more specific?
Did NONE of them show up? One? Two?

Do you remember what sound profile / voiceset you were using when this occurred? That will help me narrow it down. Please @ me when you find out.

I used a gif of some little Chibi character doing this as a base and put my face over it :).
I hear you and sorry that you feel your time was wasted with those ships. Obviously, since the two are still test ships they are not out for the public to play yet. That will generally hold true for the PT Server in the future.
