We made an announcement a few hours after PubTest went live that Ranked Battles had some technical issues and we took it down to resolve it.
It's back up now and we've extended this PT session until Tuesday to allow players to jump in and test it.

Public Test 0.8.10 is live but there might be problems using the heal consumable.
