You've all been waiting, and its finally time to submerge once more!

Round 3 of the Submarine Beta test starts today!

When:

Round 3 testing will take place from December 20th - December 26th

The Beta Test client will be available daily between 12:00 to 20:00 (UTC) and 01:00 to 04:00 (UTC). This way, we can get the maximum number of real players together to reduce the number of bots in battles.

We have plans for Round 4 and, if necessary, subsequent rounds of testing. More details of subsequent sessions will be made available at a later date.

How to Join:

If you previously applied to test, you are in the line to get an invitation to participate and account details.

Invites will continue to be released in waves to ensure server stability while allowing the maximum number of participants at once.

If you received an announce in a previous wave, they are able to be used in round 3 of testing.

If you have not received an invite yet, please keep an eye on your registered email (including junk folders).

Staff are not able to grant accounts via requests.

Feedback:

If you have feedback on testing, please make sure you add it into the dedicated feedback thread for round 3 of testing that can be found:

Please ensure you follow the instructions within that post on the best way to give feedback.

We're still working on their development, we have not stated a final date for release or next round of testing yet. We'd much rather the development be directed by what needs to happen than meeting set deadlines in this case.

We do intend to have at least one more testing round but exact dates unknown at the moment. We will need some time to look at the feedback and data from round 3 first.

Heyo Everyone.

I'd like to address some things that have come up in this thread since I last stopped by:

Where's my invite?

Invites are still going out in waves with each testing cycle. With the next testing cycle we should see more invitations going out.

Where's my beta testing flag?

Submarine Beta flags will be granted when all testing cycles are completed, there is not a date on this at the moment.

Is there a chance that Submarines could be scrapped entirely?

Anything is possible since submarines are very subject to change. We definitely want to get their balance and implementation correct, if this cannot be achieved it will be a decision that happens internally, however the chances of this are very, very small.

When is the next session of testing?

No dates confirmed as yet. The team will need time to assess data and feedback from round 3 testing, decide on changes, develop changes, and test changes before announcing the next test session. As soon as we have information on when it will occur, we will definitely update the community.

I'm interested in signing up to Beta test, how do I sign up?

Please log into the website and click apply on the following page

I would like to remind you all that this thread is about Submarines and the 3rd round of testing, please keep the thread on topic.

Heyo Captains,

We haven't forgotten about subs, we're just a little underwater with them at the moment... (eh, eh, eh)

In all seriousness, when the next round of testing becomes available or we have any updates we will let you all know.

Until then, please remain patient while we make improvements.

After the mistakes and missteps of the CV Rework we are dedicated to avoiding the same mistakes.

As such, we would rather this take time than be rushed and released with issues.

Fem,
