[2021] Dutch cruisers

Hey guys! I want to make sure I understand your feedback. What would you like to see happen to the ships to make them less "underwhelming"? I am also curious why you see the airstrike as situational. Doesn't it make a good counter to camping battleships or do you use airstrikes in other ways?
