[2019] Quick chat global- how?

Ooh, just recently i've covered this on Reddit together with other tidbits on masterful usage of quick commands (and messing around):

So you need to switch chat to "All", close it (just hit Enter with no text), and only F10 (good luck), F11 (well done), Shift+F12 (curses!) commands can be heard by enemies. If you use F11 on an allied player — enemies see that in the chat too :)

Only F10 (good luck), F11 (well done), Shift+F12 (curses!) will appear in all chat if set to all chat :)
