[2020] NA patch streams starting back up with Karmat1ka and Hapa_Fodder

The @KARMAT1KA and I are relaunching our NA Patch streams starting on WED Sept 2nd at 1700 central (5pm for you non-military types). Yes, this is outside our normal stream schedule as the patch drops on WED.

We'll discuss all the content coming with 0.9.8, the Anniversary event, the First-Victory Bonuses, the Five Epochs of the Navy Campaign, the Dockyard, Asymmetric Battles, we'll talk about some special gifts from this patch and for watching streams as well!
