As stated above by a few, you have 3000 STEEL, which converts 1 steel=10 COAL. So technically if you wanted, you have enough coal to purchase her.

HOWEVER, just my 2 credits on the conversion, 0.9.3 should be out mid-Apr and that is when JB comes out of the armory. I would hoard your steel and try to collect coal during the next couple months and see if you can do it that way.
