Heyo.
This would very much be a support ticket system since it appears to be isolated. They will be able to check a little more in depth.

My gut would be inclined to check whether you are overlapping matches, that is leaving a match before its end (if you have been sunk), and starting another. This can cause wins/losses to cancel each other out and appear as though progress is not being made.
